Amigo, la solucion que me dieron y que me dio resultados fue la siguiente: - Clic derecho en el boton de inicio. - Clic en el Admiistrador de dispositivos - Buscar "Mouse y otros dispositivos señaladores"- Expandir el menu, y hacer clic derecho en Synaptics PS/2 Port Touchpad y hacer clic en Propiedades. - Ir a la pestaña "Controlador"- Clic en "Desinstalar"
